DM List Campaigns, App Tracking and Cleaner Mention Alerts
We've shipped a batch of upgrades that make Redreach sharper at tracking what you care about, easier to act on, and faster to come back to. Here's everything new.
📇 DM Lists and List Campaigns

Build curated lists of Reddit usernames in the dashboard and run List Campaigns against them from our outreach Chrome extension.
- CRM → DM Lists: one project, many lists. Bulk import by paste or CSV, with usernames normalised and duplicates handled for you.
- One-click "Add to list" next to every username in the dashboard inbox and on Reddit itself (injected by the extension).
- Unreachable detection skips banned, suspended, DMs-disabled, and not-found users so they don't waste your daily quota.
- List Campaigns share the same template, daily limit, and pause/resume controls as Thread and Subreddit campaigns.
Usernames are unique per project, so the same person never lands in two campaigns at once.

🎯 Track apps and studio products, not just domains
Redreach now tracks more than bare domains. You can add a new product or competitors as:
- App Store links (Apple App Store and Google Play), so individual apps get their own tracking instead of being lumped under a developer account.
- Sub-paths like
bjango.com/mac/istatmenus, perfect for studios that ship multiple products under one domain. Each product is tracked as its own entity with its own mentions. - Subdomains like
v2.airbuddy.app, kept distinct from the root domain.
This is a big one for the Mac and mobile app scene. If you run an app or a multi-product studio site, you can now point Redreach at exactly the right thing.

📨 Brand mentions and competitor alerts, now separate
Your alerts now come in two clean streams instead of one mixed pile. Brand mentions (people talking about your product) and competitor alerts (activity around the competitors you track) arrive as separate, clearly labelled notifications.
It applies across every channel you've connected:
- ✅ Slack
- ✅ Telegram
Brand and competitor activity stay in their own lanes, so you triage faster and never miss your own brand because it was buried under competitor noise.
