Custom Prompts for AI Comment Suggestions
By default Redreach has three AI reply suggestion options for your post: Engaging, Direct & Balanced. While the feedback on these three custom prompts was good so far, we get that there's many more ways you'd want to mention your product. After all, it's your own brand voice.

Thus, from now on you can add custom AI prompts for the comment suggestions via your new project "Prompts" settings tab. The custom prompt will be fed into our AI generation engine which is already context aware of what your product does (based on your website content) as well as the given Reddit post.

We'll be writing up a guide soon on how to best write these new prompts. For now, feel free to take a look at the screenshots above. For example, as a starter you could try to let the AI come up with a more personal & founder oriented answer or maybe tell the AI a little bit more about your product for a more detailed response.
ย
See Your Most Relevant Subreddits
We have now added a way for you to quickly get an overview of your most relevant Subreddits. This can be particularly useful to identify which Subreddits you should spend most of your focus on. It's highly recommended to participate and share your own lessons in these Subreddits without necessarily mentioning your product all of the time. You want to build up your Subreddit "street cred" ๐

ย
Flag your own Reddit posts & mentions
Either you have spent already a bit of time marketing your product on Reddit yourself or you are heavily using Redreach the results are the same: You'll end up seeing posts in Redreach that are naturally written by yourself. That is great! But it's also a bit annoying, isn't it? Ideally you want to see the posts that are written by accounts that you own. We listened to your feedback and... we made it happen.

You can now add your own Reddit account user names via the project settings. Redreach will then flag post and mentions that are written by yourself with an orange dashed border and the badge "My post/comment"

ย
Easier Way to Mark Posts As Replied
After you have clicked "Copy Comment & Open Reddit" Redreach will now automatically present a notification box at the bottom right that allows you to mark your post as replied faster once you come back.

ย
As I said above, this is just the beginning :) There's many more things coming in the next few days and weeks, so stay tuned! As always, if you have any feedback or ideas please don't hesitate to reach out to me via hello@redreach.ai

Best,
